Husband and wife Galliano Morani and Veronique Van Essche (Galliano is Italian,
while Veronique hails from Belgium) set up Fuerteventura Residences
seven years ago.
A holiday visit persuaded them that the island – the last of the Canaries to be
developed – had tremendous business potential.

They have more than 30 years of real estate experience in France and on
Spain’s Costa del Sol.
 

 

 

 

Administration & Sales 

Nadia Hafidi moved to Fuerteventura after studying international marketing in Belgium.
She fell in love with the island several years ago. She is married and has a little daughter.

Lindsey Hall worked as an accountant and tax consultant in England for 30 years before coming to live in Fuerteventura in 2007 to work with the Spanish Tax System in respect of non-resident tax for property owners here in Fuerteventura.
